About Me

Hi! I’m a rising senior at Duke University studying computer science. I conduct research in the Chatterjee and Coley Labs at the intersection of generative modeling for biomolecular design.

I’m especially interested in building fundamental generative modeling techniques motivated by challenges in scientific discovery, rather than restricting myself to specific formulations. My work has spanned discrete diffusion guidance, theoretical Schrodinger bridge frameworks to generate peptide sequences and model cell-state perturbations, and geometric techniques for macrocycle design. Earlier, I worked on representation learning and bioinformatics.

In the past, I had the wonderful opportunity to intern at Qualcomm AI Research and build Latus Bio’s ML-based AAV design pipeline.

If any of these topics excite you, feel free to reach out via email!
